WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

 

Health coaches look at the human being as a whole and use an bio- individual healing approach. You will get empowered, equipped and taught to live your greatest life by connecting to your own physical body and the environment.  You will lead your own journey of transformation working on aspects like stress management, better eating habits, personal growth, relationships or life/work balance.  Health Coaches provide the ongoing support and feedback needed to make lasting change happen. 

 

HOW IS A SESSION STRUCTURED:

 

  • Check in: First we start the session by grounding and centering ourselves.
  • Follow up on the previous action plan: We are recapping what we discussed in the last session and evaluate the progress, changes, and challenges we encountered since the last session.
  • Set an intention for the session: We set a clear intention and goal on what we are going to focus on in this session.
  • Explore the topic of focus: You will be guided through powerful questions to set up small and manageable action steps to approach your personal new habits and lifestyle.
  • Reinforce new insights and realizations: At the end we reflect on what changed and happened in your body and mind throughout the session.
